4th Annual Health Care Job Fair was held on January 15, 2009 at Woodrooffe Campus of Algonquin College. Students had an opportunity to meet perspective employers to make their first steps into their future careers. Participating in Job Fair at Algonquin College is a good tradition for our Company. Service Model
Our Service Model allows us to react fast on any staffing shortage at any time and support our Client in any extreme situation. Using advantages of wireless technology Staffmed provides quick response on our Clients’ requests. We have our own techniques dealing with last minute calls by pre-booking our employees in advance, anticipating Clients future needs.
We use advanced forecast and planning building our own rotations opposite our Client’s rotations. This way we can maximize availability of employees while minimizing possible errors or not having employee for replacement.
Dementia and Alzheimer's Centres
Special Care Team is trained to respond on existing demand for night care residents and will free up regular staff for general night's routine.
Night Nursing Services
Night Nurse floats between floors following directions of Director of Care to respond on ring bell patients with special need at night time.
Areas of Specialty
Registered/Registered Practical Nurses General Duties, Psychiatry, Geriatrics, Palliative Care, Foot Care, Personal Support Workers level 1& 2, Health Care Aides, Patient sitters and companions, Med. Lab. assistants, housekeepers and cleaners.
