Business Model
Over a time we have developed modern business model of Health Care Staffing Agency based on market demand, industry standards and Clients' requirements. We apply different tools such as data anylizers, graphs and different trends of data to be able to forecast and plan our operations. Using these tools we can see if our revenues have been declining at certain points or Clients' needs in our services are increasing. We can visualize our operations in different years to be able to see our progress.
Challenge never stops...
Our recent development is web based access to employee page. Every Staffmed's employee has his/her own page on our website and RPNs/PSWs can view and familiarize themselves with latest updates, orientation, training online. They can find their pay statements on their own convenince. The access is password protected, the info is stricly confidential.
In June 2011 we've conducted evaluation for ALL Staffmed's employees. The evaluaiton was performed in three stages: introduction employees into actual process, topics and guidlines, score of performance. The evaluation of employee performance is becoming the part of our working routine.
Provincial pre-qualification with CCAC
We can proudly anounce that Staffmed Solutions has met requirements for provincial pre-qualification with Ontario Community Care Centres and has been prequalifed for Level 1 of nursing and personal care services. This is another achivement this year. The successful provincial prequalificaiton open to us new opportunities to the whole world of home care, new development of Model of home care through Accreditation Canada and Association of Home Care.

We are the one of the first small health care staffing agencies in Canada to seek this designation and both; Client sand our employees will benefit from the process. This confirms, once again, that the Staffmed is in tune with the health care standards and is providing a good quality care to our clients. Besides our valuable Employees, the biggest asset we have is our Clients and we intend to invest more effort to support our Employees by providing them with the necessary tools and education to be better prepared and confident entering your facility or a private home.
